No-Bake Granola Flax Snack

Ingredients


1/4cup  butter 
4cups  miniature marshmallows 
1cup  rolled oats 
1cup  crushed cinnamon graham crackers (about 8 crackers) 
1/2cup  dried cranberries 
1/2cup  dried roasted sunflower seeds 
1/2cup  ground flax seed 
 

Directions

  1. Melt butter in large saucepan, over low heat. Add marshmallows; stir continuously until melted and mixture is smooth, about 4 minutes.
  2. Stir in oats, graham crumbs, cranberries, sunflower seeds and flax seed until thoroughly coated.
  3. Press into greased 8x8-inch glass baking dish with greased fingers.
  4. Cool completely. Cut into 4 rows lengthwise and 3 crosswise to serve.
