Mandarin Chicken Salad |

Ingredients
| 7 | cups
shredded napa cabbage
| | 2 | cups
chopped, cooked chicken or turkey
| | 2 | cups
chopped walnuts
| | 2 | cups
grape tomatoes, halved
| | 1 | 15-oz.
can mandarin oranges, drained
| | 1/2 | cup
golden raisins
| | 1/2 | cup
rice vinegar
| | 1/4 | cup
low fat mayonnaise
| | 2 | tsp.
sugar
| | 1 | 3-oz.
can chow mein noodles

Directions- In large salad bowl toss together cabbage, chicken, walnuts, tomatoes, oranges and raisins.
- To prepare dressing whisk together vinegar, mayonnaise and sugar in small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle dressing over salad. Toss to coat. Just before serving, sprinkle with chow mein noodles.
