Lemon-Herb Turkey Burgers

Ingredients


1lb.  ground turkey breast 
1cup  chopped fresh spinach 
1/2cup  crushed cornbread stuffing mix 
1/2tsp.  salt 
1/2tsp.  tarragon, crushed 
1/4tsp.  garlic powder with parsley 
1tbsp.  lemon juice 
1large egg white, lightly beaten 
1tbsp.  vegetable oil 
4French rolls 
Lettuce leaves 
Tomato slices 
 

Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine turkey, spinach, stuffing mix, salt, tarragon, garlic powder, lemon juice and egg white. Shape mixture into 4 patties.
  2. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add patties and cook 5 minutes on each side until golden and done (170°F).
  3. Serve burgers on rolls with lettuce and tomato.
