Lemon-Herb Turkey Burgers |

Ingredients
| 1 | lb.
ground turkey breast
| | 1 | cup
chopped fresh spinach
| | 1/2 | cup
crushed cornbread stuffing mix
| | 1/2 | tsp.
salt
| | 1/2 | tsp.
tarragon, crushed
| | 1/4 | tsp.
garlic powder with parsley
| | 1 | tbsp.
lemon juice
| | 1 | large egg white, lightly beaten
| | 1 | tbsp.
vegetable oil
| | 4 | French rolls
| | Lettuce leaves
| | Tomato slices

Directions- In large bowl, combine turkey, spinach, stuffing mix, salt, tarragon, garlic powder, lemon juice and egg white. Shape mixture into 4 patties.
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add patties and cook 5 minutes on each side until golden and done (170°F).
- Serve burgers on rolls with lettuce and tomato.
