Cranberry-Nut Shrimp Salad |

Ingredients
| 1 1/2 | cups
chopped cooked shrimp
| | 1 | cup
chopped celery
| | 2/3 | cup
dried cranberries
| | 1/2 | cup
chopped pecans
| | 1/4 | cup
chopped fresh parsley
| | 1/4 | cup
light mayonnaise
| | 2 | tbsp.
lowfat plain yogurt
| | 2 | tbsp.
lemon juice
| | 1/4 | tsp.
salt
| | 1/4 | tsp.
freshly cracked pepper

Directions- Combine shrimp, celery, cranberries, pecans, parsley, mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper in large mixing bowl.
- Cover and chill at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
