Chocolate Topped Cinnamon-Spiced Plantains

Ingredients


2tbsp.  cinnamon sugar 
4ripe plantains, peeled and sliced 
1cup  bottled chocolate sauce or topping 
 

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on both sides of plantains. Grill plantains on rack, covered with grill lid, 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until done.
  3. Serve with chocolate sauce.
