Cheddar Topped Green Beans |

Ingredients
| 2 to 3 | tbsp.
butter or margarine
| | 1 | medium onion, chopped
| | 1 | clove garlic, minced
| | 4 | cups
fresh green beans, trimmed
| | 1/4 | cup
sour cream
| | 2 | tbsp.
mayonnaise
| | 1 | tsp.
paprika
| | 1 | cup
shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions- Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large sauce pan, bring 1-inch water to boiling. Place green beans in a steamer basket and carefully place basket in saucepan. Cover with a tight fitting lid; steam for 5 to 7 minutes, or until tender.
- In large skillet, melt butter or margarine over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Add green beans. Stir in sour cream and mayonnaise and cook 3 minutes.
- Place green bean mixture in lightly greased 2-quart baking dish. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Return to oven and bake 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
