Brown Sugar Pecan Spinach Salad |

Ingredients
| 1 3/4 | cups
pecan halves
| | 3/4 | cup
packed light brown sugar, divided
| | 1/4 | cup
butter or margarine, melted
| | 3/4 | tsp.
cinnamon, divided
| | 1/2 | cup
white wine vinegar
| | 1/3 | cup
olive oil
| | 1/4 | tsp.
salt
| | 1/4 | tsp.
freshly cracked pepper
| | 2 | 7-oz.
pkg. fresh spinach
| | 2 | ripe pears, thinly sliced
| | 1 | small red onion, chopped

Directions- Preheat oven to 325°F. Lightly grease baking sheet. Stir together pecans, 1/2 cup of the brown sugar, butter and 1/2 teaspoon of the cinnamon; spread nut mixture on baking sheet.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes, stirring often. Cool and break apart.
- Whisk together white wine vinegar, olive oil, remaining 1/4 cup brown sugar, salt, pepper and remaining 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon in small bowl; set aside.
- Combine spinach, pears and onion in large bowl. Drizzle with vinegar mixture and sprinkle with pecans.
