Broccoli with Dried Cranberries and Almonds |

Ingredients
| 2 | large bunches fresh broccoli (about 2 1/2 lbs.), cut into spears
| | 1 to 1 1/2 | cups
chicken bouillon
| | 2 | 2.25-oz.
pkg. slivered almonds, toasted
| | 1 | 6-oz.
pkg. dried apricots, diced
| | 1 | cup
dried cranberries
| | 2 | tbsp.
lime juice

Directions- Arrange broccoli in steamer basket inside Dutch oven with bouillon.
- Steam broccoli, covered, over high heat 5 minutes or until tender; drain.
- Transfer to large serving bowl. Serve topped with almonds, apricots, cranberries and lime juice.
