Broccoli with Dried Cranberries and Almonds

Ingredients


2large bunches fresh broccoli (about 2 1/2 lbs.), cut into spears 
1 to 1 1/2cups  chicken bouillon 
22.25-oz.  pkg. slivered almonds, toasted 
16-oz.  pkg. dried apricots, diced 
1cup  dried cranberries 
2tbsp.  lime juice 
 

Directions

  1. Arrange broccoli in steamer basket inside Dutch oven with bouillon.
  2. Steam broccoli, covered, over high heat 5 minutes or until tender; drain.
  3. Transfer to large serving bowl. Serve topped with almonds, apricots, cranberries and lime juice.
