Beef Barbecued Ribs |

Ingredients
| 1 | 8-oz.
can tomato sauce
| | 2 | tbsp.
brown sugar
| | 2 | tbsp.
lemon juice
| | 1 | tbsp.
Worcestershire sauce
| | 1 | tbsp.
finely chopped onion
| | 1/2 to 1 | tsp.
crushed red pepper flakes
| | 4 | lb.
meaty beef ribs

Directions- For sauce, in a small saucepan combine tomato sauce, 1/4 cup water, brown sugar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, onion and red pepper flakes. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes, stirring once or twice. Remove from heat.
- Preheat grill to medium and prepare for indirect cooking. Cut ribs into 8 serving-size pieces. Sprinkle ribs with salt and pepper to taste. Grill ribs, bone side down and covered, 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours or until tender, brushing occasionally with sauce the last 30 minutes of grilling.
- Reheat any remaining sauce and serve with ribs.
