Banana Split Delight

Ingredients


2cups  graham cracker crumbs 
1/2cup  melted butter or margarine 
18-oz.  pkg. reduced-fat cream cheese 
2cups  powdered sugar 
4large bananas 
1(20-oz.)  can crushed pineapple, drained 
18-oz.  carton frozen whipped topping, thawed 
8medium strawberries, halved 
1/4cup  chopped pecans (optional) 
1tbsp.  chocolate syrup 
 

Directions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press evenly and firmly into the bottom of a 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl combine cream cheese and sugar. Blend until smooth. Spoon evenly over crumb crust.
  3. Slice bananas and arrange on top of cream cheese layer. Spoon drained, crushed pineapple over bananas.
  4. Spread the whipped topping over pineapple. Arrange the strawberry halves in four rows across the top. If desired, sprinkle with nuts. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  5. Cover and refrigerate 4 to 8 hours.
