10-Minute Crisp Pea Salad |

Ingredients
| 1 | lb.
(2 cups) fresh peas, shelled
| | 1 | (8-oz.)
pkg. finely shredded Cheddar cheese
| | 1/2 | cup
chopped celery
| | 1/2 | cup
shredded iceberg lettuce
| | 1/4 | cup
chopped green bell pepper
| | 1/3 to 1/2 | cup
mayonnaise
| | 1 | tbsp.
raspberry vinaigrette
| | 1/2 | tsp.
Italian seasoning
| | 1/4 | tsp.
ground black pepper
| | 2 | tbsp.
bacon bits

Directions- In large bowl combine peas, cheese, celery, lettuce and green bell pepper. Lightly toss until combined. Add mayonnaise and raspberry vinaigrette, Italian seasoning and black pepper. Lightly toss until coated. Cover and refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours.
- Just before serving, stir in bacon bits.
